Qualified candidates will have 3+ years’ expertise with US export compliance matters involving software, hardware, and emerging technologies. The role will focus primarily on the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and matters involving the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS). The ideal candidate is a business-minded attorney who can translate complex regulations into clear guidance while partnering with Legal, Sales, Product, Operations, IT, Security and Finance.
