• • 100% remote, United States• Part-time, independent contractor• 20 or more hours a week, you choose whenPut your corporate practice to work on your own schedule. This is paid, part-time legal work for attorneys with BigLaw corporate experience. You review, write and grade the kind of corporate legal analysis you already produce every week, and that work is used to train and test legal AI tools. You work from home, around your current practice, with no fixed shifts.What the work is• Review company records, agreements and deal structures in M&A, private equity and capital markets matters• Work through commercial litigation scenarios and identify the governing legal principles and procedural points• Grade written legal answers for issue spotting, analysis, drafting and the reading of legal instruments• Explain and categorize the corporate-law issues in each matter, and give clear, practical feedback on legal reasoning and draftingWho qualifies• Licensed in the United States and currently permitted to practice law• At a top-tier BigLaw firm now, or within the past three years• Background in corporate law, M&A, private equity, capital markets, commercial litigation or high-value transactions, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating sophisticated agreements• Meticulous work and clear written English• No technical or AI background neededWhy attorneys take it• that reflects BigLaw training, for work you can do in the evenings or between matters• Remote and flexible: no commute, no fixed shifts• An inside look at how legal AI tools are checked and corrected, useful as these tools reach your own practicePay and details• , paid hourly as an independent contractor• 20 or more hours a week, you choose when; fully remote, United StatesHow to apply1.
