We are seeking an attorney to join our finance practice in Connecticut or Boston with the ability to work two days per week remotely. Candidates should have a minimum of seven years of finance experience in a law firm setting, including significant experience with middle market and real estate financing transactions. Strong drafting and negotiation skills are required, and candidates must be able to work independently as well as a member of a team on complex deals. Top academic credentials are required, along with strong interpersonal skills. The for this position is determinations are based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, length of past work experience, type of past work experience, the transferability of past work experience to the current position, full or part-time employment status, practice group and geographic location.
